Update

This past week I have been so stressed that I felt like I was eating EVERYTHING! I hate being a stress eater. I actually had a pretty good week with my weight. I was shocked. When I weighed in last night i had lost 4.2 pounds! I have NO idea how I did it, like I said, I felt like I ate everything. Maybe I ate so much it sped up my metabolism? lol I dunno. Anyways that brings me to 31.2 pounds that I have lost since March, for a grand total of 61.6 pounds since August 2011. I have now lost more in the last 3.5 months than I did in 6 months before starting! YAY! I have 69 pounds to go! I can do this. However, I now need to lose about 3 to 3.5 pounds a week now. Anyways, 61.6 pounds! That's the best news I have heard in a month! LOL
